Business Unit: UK Secure Solutions Contracted Hours: Full-time Employee Status: Permanent Reference: 5409Allied Universal are now recruiting for an exciting and challenging Night Security Receptionist to join our team. Your main duties will include Visitor and Access badge management in the reception area. You will be expected to meet and greet staff and visitors and be the first point of contact for any incidents or issues. The role requires you to conduct regular Health and Safety patrols across the demise and report and escalate anything you discover. Throughout the shift the receptionist will manage accurately the reporting of incidents and faults and escalate appropriately.
This role will need the candidate to possess excellent communication and competent IT skills. You will need to be confident at both relaying information verbally and completing comprehensive reports.
The candidate must have an enthusiastic, dynamic personality, be very flexible and team orientated, be motivated and be extremely customer focussed and professional towards colleagues and staff.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Reception
- To always provide a Professional Security Provision
- Provide excellent customer service and to meet and greet staff and visitors into reception
- Review and manage all visitors and guests who attend site and ensure their experience is always a pleasure.
- Various Admin tasks at the direction of the site supervisor
