Role Requirements
- Previous sales experience essential
- Previous flooring/carpet sales experience would be a distinct advantage
- Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with customers
- Have the ability and confidence to develop own technical product knowledge
- Self-motivated and organised
- Computer Skills
Role Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and targets
- Assist customers with there carpet & flooring purchases
- Providing excellent customer service both face to face and on the telephone
- Using the computer system to check stock availability
- Locating stock in the warehouse
- Processing sales invoices and payments
- Other duties as required in line with the role Company
