FLT Operator/Packer (Full training provided)

Are you an experienced Warehouse associate? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a FLT Operator to come and join our team in Castle Cary on various shifts.
At Mars we embrace development and giving everybody a chance- please note full FLT training will be provided so don't worry if you have no immediate FLT experience!
(Shift 1 rotation: Monday – Friday: 22:00-06:00, 14:00-22:00 & 06:00-14:00 Shift 2 rotation: Saturday – Sunday:10:00-22:00 & 22:00-10:00)
You will be responsible for ensuring the supply of required materials into the factory, packing, loading and unloading trucks, storing finished goods in the warehouse and will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
FLT Operator/Packer main duties:
As the FLT Operator you will ensure packing lines have the correct materials to run and pallets are processed to warehouse quickly and effectively
Unload finished products / bags / Big Bags from trucks and perform quality / quantity controls
Documental register or input and output goods
Ensure correct stock management using scanners and warehouse systems
FLT Operator/Packer required skills/experience:
Strong work ethic and flexible style, comfortable with weekend shifts.
Educated to GCSE level
Experience working in a Warehouse type environment
FLT / Counterbalance / Reach License preferred however full training will be provided
Written and spoken English (Good communication & interpersonal skills)
